Coriole has been producing fine table olives for almost 20 years. Kalamata is the principle variety. Other black olives are Koroneike and Leccino. Verdale are processed while green.
Olives are sourced from Coriole and neighbouring olive groves. Picking season begins in early May towards the end of autumn. Olives are picked at full maturity, pickled in brine and then packed with relatively low salt levels.
Coriole table olives have won many awards including 8 times as Olives South Australia “Best Table Olives of Show” at the Adelaide Show.
Available in 150gm packs, 1kg jars, 7kg buckets.
