Vico

Vico is Coriole's answer to the ancient Italian condiment, vin cotto, or "cooked" wine.

Based on Chenin Blanc and Semillon, this is a complex and dark essence with rich caramel and citrus characters, aged in oak for up to six years, and delicious in marinades, with desserts or simple fresh fruit.

Available in a 250ml bottle.
