A Fattoria

"Fattoria - A vineyard and winery where other food products may be grown and produced."

A keen interest in taste and flavour at Coriole has led over 15 years to the development of other products -- olive oils, olives, vinegars and cheese. Coriole has become pioneers with the redevelopement of these products in Australia.

Finally we looked to Italy to borrow a name to describe this evolution of a vineyard. A Fattoria -- a vineyard that produces other related products from its soils (except for cheese!)
