Chenin Blanc
Coriole's flagship white since 1982 Tasting Brief: Chenin BlancChenin Blanc was selected by Coriole as a white variety of great potential in McLaren Vale and first planted in 1977. Very fresh aromatic style. The bouquet shows characters of melon, grapefruit and passionfruit. The palate is finely balanced, dry and flavoursome. Chenin Blanc suits a wide range of foods and can also be served as an aperitif wine. It particularly suits the aromatic flavours of Thai and Indian cuisine.
2008 Chenin Blanc now Available!
Our new Chenin Blanc could not be fresher. Lively, spirited tropical fruit characters are jumping out this year. Even just after bottling we were all enjoying the green apple freshness of this, our flagship white. Get those garfish fillets frying, forget the serious analysis, and just enjoy this crisp, clean bottle of fun.
