Zephyr Quartet is a bold and adventurous string quartet, delighting in the exploration of a diverse mix of music and in forging innovative and interesting collaborations. The Quartet’s passionate belief in the value of experimentation results in the presentation of carefully constructed, unique and challenging programs which have seen collaborations with visual arts, dance, poetry, theatre and musicians from other genres.

The Zephyr Quartet together with Greta Bradman present Australian Landscapes, a compelling program of Australian music for string quartet and soprano inspired by the beauty and diversity of our country to coincide with the Fleurieu Art Prize in November 2011. Featuring the world premiere of a new work by composer Natalie Williams, the program will also include works by Paul Stanhope, Stephen Whittington, Peter Sculthorpe, Belinda Gehlert and Hilary Kleinig.

The performance is followed by lunch & glass of wine in the courtyard at Coriole Vineyards, cost $50 all-inclusive. Performance starts at 12:00noon.
