One Day Wine Course

The Coriole One Day Wine Course is presented by experienced winemaker and wine educator, Andrew Phillips.

You'll taste 24 wines from various regions and climates, along the way gaining an appreciation of Australian wine varieties and styles.

Build your understanding and tasting confidence and hone your palate with comparative tastings. Plus, discover the influence of climate on wine flavours and texture and learn to recognise wine attributes and faults.

The course is $145 per person, including a fabulous lunch in the Coriole courtyard and a copy of the wonderful text, A Taste of the World of Wine (rrp $59.95), edited by Pat Iland.
