Gather at Coriole menu is designed to enjoy in a relaxed, progressive, grazing style format. Chef Tom Tilbury incorporates the highest quality produce local, Estate grown and foraged ingredients. Also featured are Coriole Kalamata olives, new season Coriole olive oil, Coriole vinegars and cheese selections from Coriole's sister company Woodside Cheese Wrights.
On Sundays we offer a set Chefs Sharing Menu at $68pp along with a snack menu.
