Delivery and Returns Policy

Who will deliver my wine & how much will it cost?

We have chosen Australia Post for all of our national domestic deliveries. Australia Post can deliver wine anywhere in Australia or to your nearest post office where remote areas are concerned. We do our best to keep prices to a minimum for your wine deliveries and have created a medium Australia wide delivery charge in an effort to make it affordable to all. We will waive the freight entirely for an order of 12 bottles or more.

How do I know if you've received my order?

After your order is placed through the website you will be sent your receipt via email. Your order details will then be entered into Auspost a consignment and tracking number will be issued via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery through the Auspost website.

What if I'm not home to sign for my delivery?

Auspost delivery services will deliver during business hours. If you are not home to sign for a package the Auspost delivery person will leave a calling card with the name of the local post office where your package is being held. You can give authority to leave when you place your order by adding instructions in the delivery instructions sections of your order form. Your instructions on where to leave the package will need to be clearly defined for your delivery person to follow. If the area you have designated for the package to be left is in street view or subject to extreme weather conditions the courier has the authority to retain the package and leave a calling card instead.

Do you offer express shipping?

Express shipping cannot be offered through the website ordering process. We can arrange express postage of your wine on your behalf but standard Australia Post rates and charges will be applied.

What do I do if I need to change my order and shipping information?

Please direct any changes in delivery instructions and address to contact@coriole.com or alternatively place an online enquiry directly through Auspost using you allocated consignment number. If your order is still in transit any changes to your delivery will not be implemented immediately. Please be aware that any changes to shipping information may increase the delivery time considerably.

Can I return the product if I'm unsatisfied?

We urge you to be sure of your purchase prior to completing an order. If you wish to return your purchase you will need to pay the full return delivery cost as well as cover the cost of any bottles consumed prior to return.
