Lloyd Reserve Shiraz is produced from a single vineyard at Coriole that we originally thought was planted in 1919 - but recently records have been discovered that show that this vineyard may have been planted somewhere between 1860 and 1875. The vineyard's soil and roots are extremely deep and generally no irrigation is required. The first Lloyd Shiraz release was in 1989. The wine is matured in French oak for approximately 18 months and then receives 18+ months in bottle before release.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\"A wine of true power and finesse.
