We love the vibrancy and complexity of flavour on this wine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\"The fruit comes off 25-year-old vines on Coriole's Willunga vineyard and sees seasoned oak maturation. As usual, an elegant take on mataro, though with the craggy, rocky and wild herby edges that the variety can so often yield. Wild raspberry, cherry, bramble patch, white pepper, bracken.
