A warm year, yet a frisky release, with a wild-fruited energy. Sour black cherry, damson plum, tart raspberry, a layering of ground white pepper, dried thyme and bay laurel. It starts to lean into sarsaparilla\/chinotto, still taut and coiled, but with bitter alpine herbs, bushland scents and a savoury cola note. The fragrance unlocks with air, but this needs a little time in bottle to swell the palate.
