Terms and Conditions for Gather at Coriole Competition
Conditions of entry
The entry to the “Gather at Coriole social media promotion” (the “Promotion”) is open only to residents of South Australia over the age of 18 years.
Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
How to enter
To enter the promotion via Facebook, all eligible persons must “like” the Coriole Facebook page (www.facebook.com/coriole) and the Gather at Coriole Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/gatherfoodandwine/), and comment on the competition post on the Facebook page timeline.
To enter the promotion via Instagram, all eligible persons must “follow” the Coriole Instagram feed (www.instagram.com/coriole) and the Gather at Coriole Instagram feed (https://www.instagram.com/gatheratcoriole/), and comment on a competition post on the Instagram feed.
Each eligible person may only submit one entry to the Promotion per social media platform.
Details of Prizes
The Facebook promotion prize is lunch for four people at the Coriole winery restaurant, Gather at Coriole, in May 2019. The lunch includes food and matched wines.
Transport is not included in the prize.
The Instagram promotion prize is lunch for four people at the Coriole winery restaurant, Gather at Coriole, in May 2019. The lunch includes food and matched wines.
Transport is not included in the prize.
All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize cannot be redeemed as cash.
Duration of the Promotion
The Promotion will commence at 5:00pm ACST on Tuesday, 16 April 2019.
The Promotion will close at 5:00pm ACST on Monday, 22 April 2019.
Date, Time & Place of Draw
The winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries.
The winner will be announced at 5:00pm ACST on Tuesday, 23 April 2019.
Notification of the Winner
The winner will be notified on Facebook or Instagram, relevant to their method of entry.
The winner consents to the results of the Promotion being published publicly on Facebook and Instagram where their name will be published.
Liability
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or acceptance or use of the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Unclaimed Prize Draw
If a Prize is not claimed within one week of the draw, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct an unclaimed Prize draw. Should an unclaimed Prize draw be necessary, the winners of the unclaimed Prize draw will be notified on Facebook or Instagram, relevant to their method of entry.
