    Gather at Coriole's philosophy is centred around local, seasonal, sustainable produce and bringing people together. 

    Let us look after you and guide you for your meal. Open for lunch 7 days a week (closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day.)

    For groups of up to 12 people, bookings can be made online - click here to book. 

    Our menu choices:
    Small sharing plates (weekdays only)
    5 course tasting menu @ $75/person 
    7 course tasting menu @ $95/person 
    Optional wine pairing @ $50/person 

    For larger group bookings, we can provide exclusive use of our enclosed verandah space. Your lunch menu at $95 per person will include a selection of 7 courses, with optional wine pairing @ $50/person. For all bookings over 12 people or to enquire about private space, email [email protected].

    Please note:

    • We do not allow you to bring your own picnic to Coriole. We serve food in our restaurant and on weekends we also serve food in our Arbour Bar
    • We do not allow dogs to join you when you visit. (Assistance dogs excepted.)
    • The Government may bring in a new vaccination mandate that includes venues such as Coriole. Please be aware when making a booking that you may be required to show vaccination status.

    Chef Tom Tilbury, formerly of Gather Food & Wine in Robe, found a kindred spirit in the Lloyd family and Coriole. The like-minded food and dining philosophies have merged seamlessly, and the food Tom and his team are serving up honestly reflect the estate, the region, our countries native ingredients’ and first and foremost...celebrates the ingredient.

    Tom prides himself on sourcing local, ethically harvested and sustainable produce wherever possible and is developing great relationships with the region’s local producers. The menu is seasonal, innovative, skilfully executed, beautifully presented and the flavours impeccably balanced and quintessentially Australian. 

    The warm and welcoming front of house team offer attentive service and excellent knowledge of the dynamic menu and wine list, and will guide you through your dining experience to bring you the best of Coriole.
