2025 Rosé

Coriole Rosé is fresh and lively, a touch of fruit driven sweetness on the front palate through to a savoury finish. This year our rosé comes from two vineyards picked and vinified separately. The Sangiovese is picked first, providing fresh fruit driven aromatics. The Cinsault is picked later and provides spiced fruit characters. We produce a fresh style rosé, with just several hours of skin contact which results in this wines pretty blush colour.

"Coral pink in the glass, with sophisticated aromatics. Pink grapefruit, wild cherry, tamarind, rose and cinnamon. Decidedly dry, racy, lightly grippy, textural, flavourful and also savoury. Very good. 93 points"
